Emergency treatment of vacuum pump
We all know that any mechanical equipment will inevitably have an emergency when it is used, and vacuum pump is no exception. In this way, operators are required to have good psychological quality and the ability to deal with emergency events. In view of this problem, some emergency treatment methods of vacuum pump are proposed for reference only.
The first point is that when the equipment is in normal operation, it is found that there is a sudden air leak. If the dew point cannot be found immediately, it must be sealed with vacuum sealing mud, and then it can be treated after the work is completed.
The second point is to cut off water and power in case of high temperature. The biggest fear of vacuum equipment is to cut off water and power when it is in high temperature. Therefore, the user needs to have a standby water tank or a tap water pipe when the equipment is installed.
Third, replace the gas cylinder. When the gas cylinder used for the equipment needs to be replaced, remove the pressure stabilizing valve and replace it with a new one. Be sure not to leak during installation.
Fourth, the equipment shall be cleaned and kept clean for a period of time.
